We care about your pets as much as you do (well, almost!), and regular check-ups with your vet can play a key role in your pet's well-being.
On all our policies, we require your pet to have their annual health and dental check-up. This is included in the Declarations and Assumptions, which customers are asked to agree to when purchasing a policy.
The check-up can be done with a vet or a vet nurse.
If your pet has not had their check-up in the last 12 months before your policy starts, please make sure you book an appointment with your vet at your earliest convenience.
Please note that if you choose not to take your pet for their annual check-up, any conditions that could have been found earlier during their routine check will be rejected at point of claim.
