What reward can I offer if my pet goes missing?

We hope your pet stays safe and sound. However, if you have the Lost or Stolen cover on your policy and they do go missing, please contact us as soon as possible on 0333 130 4552 - we may have some suggestions to help with its safe return.

The reward you offer is up to you, but please note the limit we can pay out as a reward for your pet's return is up to twice their original cost. Please also bear in mind that we will not be able to pay for any advertising or rewards costs if your pet returns within 48 hours of disappearing.
