How do I update my policy?


Please let us know if any information we have about you and your pet is incorrect or changes. 

This includes letting us know if your pet is neutered or spayed as this can reduce the cost of your cover.

If you would like to update any details on your current policy you can do this in a number of different ways. 

My Account Go to your online account to:

  • Add an additional pet
  • Change your payment details
  • Update your pet's date of birth
  • Let us know your pet has been neutered or spayed 
Contact us online:  You can submit your request by using the contact us button and using the 'I am an existing customer’ request tab. 
Call us: 0345 340 4090 to discuss any changes.

Claiming online

Claiming online is easy, log in to My Account, select the policy you would like to make a claim against and upload your invoices, we’ll do the rest.
