Yes! You can set up an interest-free monthly Direct Debit 😊
When purchasing your policy, either online or over the phone, you can choose whether you'd like to pay monthly or annually. If you select to pay by monthly Direct Debit, your payment day will be the same day of the month as your policy started. (Please note, with our value2k policy we are unable to support annual payments)
Some important information about your monthly payment:
- The only time this will change is if the day falls on a weekend or bank holiday; the payment will then be processed on or shortly after the next working day
- We'll send you a notification email 3-5 working days before each payment
- Sometimes the first payment can be a little later, depending on how long it takes for your bank to accept the Direct Debit mandate (this can be up to 10 working days).

Changing your Payment Details
For the easiest and most secure way to update your payment information, simply go to the My Account section of our website and click 'view policy'.
